On 29 March 2013 the BVI ACO submitted its documents to the Ministry of Health and Social Development to complete its NPO Registration, in accordance with the NPO Act. Acknowledgement of receipt was obtained from the Board regarding our application. However, we have not received any formal confirmation of our approval.
